1. Explain your rotation on a typical boss fight.
specifically what are your priorities during opening,burn and filler phases.
2. Explain your role on Maloriak
what must you do and where can you as a mage contribute more than other classes.
what would change on HC?
3. Explain why you chose the valor gear you bought over the alternatives, and the reasoning behind gemming your hat.

1 - burn phase consists of popping CD's TW if needed and spamming AB when down to 30% mana cast evocate and regain up to 100%. when this is done, top priority is to keep mana just below 100% (above 95%) and cast ABx4 then AM to reset the buff to make sure i don't burn more mana than i should (dps loss) i only start my burn phase when my CD's are ready and i know that evocate will be of CD when i finish my burn phase (usually with 25 - 30s left on its CD)
2 - with Maloriak i have to continue to remove remedy also within the new phase i will have to take black sludge adds whilst moving out of pools.
3 - basically those items i purchased gave me a better upgrade compared to spending valor on new teir 12 pieces (e.g. better ilvl upgrade and help hitting the hit cap 17% and soft haste cap which depends on gear )
