Tell me something about yourself: IM a 22 year Man who have a regular job hae played wow for almost 4 years now and started raiding for aboudt 1½ year ago so raiding is my priorrety 1.

Tell me something about the (raid) guilds you've been in and the reason why you left: i have been in a few raiding guilds. Protectors of magic, Evermourne and Bloody Fate. left all of em cus i dident get a raid spot. and have just changed faction with my sister so now we are horde... We wanted to try it cuz horde own draenor server.

firstly thanks for applying.

a few improvements can be made with your gemming, firstly your meta gem is an odd choice as the mana return from insightful earthsiege diamond works out to be slightly more than 11 mp5 and 3% increased critical healing effect isn't amazing. secondly in your belt, +10 stats shouln't be their as the green gems already provide the requirements and as you have some yellow and red gems youre covered, so instead you should perhaps put another 20 haste gem in there. on a final note socket bonuses dont have to be met and as such haste should be put in sockets more often.

your haste is rather low, and i think it means the cast time for your chain heal is 2.15s ish, and your mp5 is really high. i have just over half of your mp5 and im finding myslef finishing fights with a lot of mana left over, especially fights where we take constant predicable damage as it usually procs water shield.

your spec is good but all i can say is that you've missed a key talent in healing way (resto 5th tier) these points can be taken from healing focus (resto 3rd tier) or elemental weapons (enhance 3rd tier). glyph of lesser healing wave is also a bad choice as LHW is an ineffecient heal for its mana cost, glyph of earth shield is a lot better.

you also didn't say which days can you raid, this will be needed when considering your apply. and your tradeskills are mining and an empty slot.

your achievements show that you have completed 3/4 on 10 man but you have 4/4 on 25 man.

I Have now Regemmed my gear changed the glyph and Re speced my healing spec. and my following raiding days is aboudt 5 days a week... and its saturday to Thursday... friday and saturday is where i plan my stuff to do like visiting friends and family and things like that.

I would now vote this guy in as he has been willing to change and is open to suggestions, his gear is also quite good.

On which character have you raided for the past year and a half?
As this one barely raided at all and the guilds you mentioned appear to have too few ppl to raid anything larger than a fridge

Have raided a little but in tbc i had a mage named Qligema but havent raided mutch have just starded to play again after a break (Have been playing Warhammer) and aboudt the guilds i have left em cus ppl started to leave em and hardly ever got to raid in em
 

The lack of raiding experience makes me a bit uneasy, but I'm willing to give it a shot.
Whisper me or some other officer in game for an invite and make sure you know the fight mechanics for ICC bosses before you come to raid.
