Decent app and Nice effort on the armory link
Gear and experience are a bit low for us.
However, in keeping with our strict RL friend policy I can offer you a social spot until you gear up.

For the gearing up part it would also be nice to get some more decent gemming tbh
Try to only pick 2 blue gems (purple actualy (SP/stam as you did already) and chose the 2 best socket bonuses. For the rest, fuck blue sockets just throw 23 SP gems in it.
So get the gem out of your neck (this is a green even) and go for 23SP, int is not rly worth to get the socket bonus.
Also seeing you got 1 SP/crit gem, go for haste
LB which is your main ability got a 100% crit change already so not worth getting the crit rly

Then try to swap the spirit/mp5 rings and the PVP bracers asap

Also your SP is way to low to use Glyph of Lava.
It's not worth it with this ammount of SP, not even with 4 set tier 9 Pick glyph of totem of wrath here
Then the 2 points in reverberation talent is a bit pointless, rather get those into improved fire nova.

Gear looks fine overall imo, even for ICC 10 if you dont do heroic mode so Sil give the guy a proper raid spot rahter then social

PS: Don't be afraid to pick up some cloth loot
