What Days Can you Raid? Week ends pref, but dont mind few in the week

Our usual raids times are 8:00-8:30pm to 00:00 server time , Can you stay for those hours when raiding? On weekends i can stay all night, week nights it's usually something - 23.00 server time . Could possibly sneak on laptop at night not sure ^^.
